Good morning for the warmth

and the reflecting golden glow.

It rained throughout the night.

The tapping drops came steadily.

 a skruffy large cat appeared in the front yard.

I walked out around the house checking he was gone.

Day beginning fashionably 

One car, one squirrel.

Gray clouds and a dash of blue beyond.

Windless morning is here.

I slept long in dream comfort.

Silence the order.

And holding calm after nine.

It is Friday; plans are light.

I am reading of old Rome.

A month long stay there is approaching.

Thank the great spirit this time has come.

Gratitude be given.

Dark but dry it seems

 

No wind at all.

 Or apparition movement.

Crawling through mid-October.

 Carrying no hurry.

No heavy soaked colored leaves have fallen.

Days will dry and all will blow

When the season is ripe

I think it must be cool out.
