It is a pause in our relationship.
Bad guys slipped in, our loved ones left.
The way the whole picture goes
If you stand back far enough to look at it.
We knew this yet never wished it.
Always looking ahead ; we expect a new season.
Right now all around it’s quiet on the lawn.
Then flash … one is back.
Waiting stiff this day
Now outside add wee bush movement.
Organizing events to undergo
Planning is wise and necessary.
Line all up.
Quietly we set forth.
A grey sky October leads us slowly.
We are on our way.
Beyond green they’re gaining color.
We’ve picked only a few to get started,
Let’s see how these do.
There’s time for more.
As hours pass others will be turning.
There will be color in the field.
got stacked like days when pancake
packed in syrup came smoking with goodness.
Shelby where we called waitresses by name.
At Ted And Allie’s meri parked by the door.
A couple times a week meri drove thirty minutes there and back.
Never thought bad about the distance.
We went out for breakfast.
That’s how we did it.
