Hi Jack, That explains why there are so many "versions" of God, and so many religions claiming to be "the" religion. Personally, I believe that all religions are man-made, and that whatever God may be, it is the good inside each and every one of us. Your poem makes a person think.
I'm a Christian and can definitely relate to this one. If there were no God, I would have blown my brains out long ago. But that's a different subject. You make me think.
Your poem also makes me think on a level that's deeper than the physical. We sometimes try to make God into what we want the rules to be.
I just erased a long, rambling thought. This is so cool, Jack. Four lines, and I could talk about it all night long. Excellent poem.
