tearing old threads
like making old beds.
finding room for all
while welcoming back the new and others
sisters and brothers
let it summer
poetry - jack sender - all of my life
tearing old threads
like making old beds.
finding room for all
while welcoming back the new and others
sisters and brothers
let it summer
by good fortune i heard the call.
good to hear from him.
as time slips by.
my friends remain dear.
a warm spot for all.
better than the weather.
odd weather continues.
we must be a fraction from calamity.
it's serious.
warm, it rains; cold it snows.
easy comes, easy goes,
seems delirious
this is the finish of winter;
or is it too early to end?
i have tea and am thinking, it's February,
as i watch a thickness of white flakes drop from the sky.
the rabbits are hidden,
had a terribly cold month.
now it's snowing heavily .again.
winter won't surrender.
