Riding in autum before the leaves turn

dry now, rain coming. warm on the edge of hot. this is what we've got. and it's welcome. these are delightful days of the year. hence goodtimes are here. call it wall to wall the best of fall.

A shiney new post

a rabbit came by first thing. meri read that window screens make no difference. the flash is sun off the chair in the yard. i'm going for a second coffee.

the workmen say today they'll finish. should be fine. weather is cooperating. i thought we would too. august is running by. the backyard and bunnies and i are waiting.

Magellan's would be a story to recreate on video. Give me good color, a good crew, a good director and good music. i stood at Tumon bay on Guam and was surprised to look down to read the small brass plaque. he was there. in 1521 his ship, his crew was the first to navigate fhe globe.

Cooling weather

i know we have more warm while at the same time it's cooling. Little, our four year old cotton tail bunny, is out there. hanging around; seems content. August is coming in a hint of seaonal weather change. well, we'll see what develops.

mother and two young moved easily. mother drank at the fountain. all calmly disappeared in the woods.

i weigh the same as i did ten years ago - 193 and i look exactly ten years older. how about some pizza?

keeping order listening up we're early ausust, all okay. could have rained recently. i've time to straighten some more. i'm aware that others can do better. my goals are competative i feel unhappy for work less than superior. confidence will carry me on. you know goodness is coming. we will swim again.

Friday fishday

it ought to be. instead cleaning up ants this pm. it is on the schedule. they appeared at three a.m. Meri swept, i slept. i never knew what happened. she's so fine. deserves words of honor. and she made strawberry cakes for her yoga class. over the top. they call it Christmas in July i'm reporting, not celebrating.
