if i write stories
they won’t be scary
only fuzzy animals in mine
all of them will wink and smile
my happy birds will fly and sing,
joy they’ll carry near and far,
my creatures won’t eat people.

Hi Jack,
Really? I'd love to read a story you've written, and something tells me, though I love them when they appear in your poems, the stories won't be about happy birds and fuzzy animals. Like your poems and your paintings, your stories will have both warmth and depth.
But, hopefully, they are nothing like Stephen King's work. I enjoyed reading his book, On Writing, but his horror novels are definitely too much for me!
